Amazing location, 10 mins walk out of the centre but that meant it was quiet and better northern lights spotting opportunities. We saw them from our window on 2 out of 4 nights. Lovely breakfast in room with amazing view. Great room, there was cooking facilities, comfortable beds and awesome view from the window. Free hot chocolate and snacks too.

The hotel is new, well-designed, and has good facilities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a residential area outside of the city center but within a short walking distance, and we actually enjoyed the walk. Breakfast was amazing, and spa treatments were high-quality.

The rooms provided were just as described and the views from our room were amazing. Communication with the hotel has been very warm and easy and they've been very hospitable even before the check-in. Rooms were clean and facilities were spot on (they had a laundry room which was a plus for us). Location wise, it wasn't too far off from the the central Tromso but because we were travelling with elderly and right in mid winter, walking around was a challenge. Regardless, arranging for taxis through the hotel is easy. Would love to be back!

An excellent stay at Tromso with everything perfectly set at this hotel. Excellent breakfast with nice view at the restaurant. Washing machine is available which is very hard to find one at Tromso. The apartment suite room is really amazing and looks like my dream home. The bed is very comfortable. They provide Rituals products in bathroom.

The property has amazing views from the secure suites. The staff were friendly and the spa facilities were surprisingly luxurious.
