Perfect location in the city centre. Had a room on the top floor with view of the bridge and the mountains .Unbeatable.The room was clean with a comfy bed. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of items from fruit to meatballs, omelette, vegetable salads, marmelade, cereals and lovely warm/fresh bread. A jar of cookies and hot drinks were always waiting in the lobby for the travellers returning from a long, activity packed day.

Best location right at the waters edge, next to bus stop, restaurants and different museums . The staff is super helpful and very kind. Everyday fresh waffles and coffee in the afternoon for free! Breakfast was wonderful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved how comfortable the bed was, one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. The location was also perfect, everything was within walking distance which was super convenient. The satff were so lovely too.

We were very happy with our stay here! First of all, the location. It is 1-2 minutes walking distance to where most of the northern light chase tours start from. Another point is comfort. It was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I had in a while. Granted our room was small, but it had everything we needed. We even had a small desk to be able to work a bit. Also the lobby/breakfast area was comfortable - which was great when we had to sit indoors for a bit, when we wanted to shield ourselves from the snowstorm outside. Breakfast was great. Really great selection of food including gluten free options. Last but not least the staff: they were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. Overall the establishment was just trying to be accommodating and helpful to their guests.

1. The location is great 2. The staff is very courteous 3. The breakfast was amazing and the spread was quite elaborate 4. The evening pancakes and tea coffee snacks were really good for unwinding in the hotel itself 5. The 1 click button Tromso taxi kiosk is great

It's always hard reviewing these Arctic hotels, as let's face it if one compared the price per night with pretty much anywhere else in Europe it'd be a much lower score and I don't think it would be 'excellent value for money' as the hotel is in Tromso; I adjusted for this factor when considering this review! The room was snugg but big enough and I could fit in the shower easily. The sound insulation was decent and location absolutely central. The breakfast was spot on. The staff nice.

Perfect location which is near the tourist spot area and close to city center. Excellent staff who are helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast with various types of food. Good value for staying in here.
