We arrived 15 minutes before the end of the (included) buffet dinner which the receptionist reminded us of ensuring we could get something to eat. The dinner eat night consisted of a hot soup, main course and several salads with bread rolls. The breakfast was good, buffet style. Fika was a great addition (coffee and cake in the afternoon). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine and tea available 24 hours a day. Great location, walking distance to all the sights and tour pick up spots.

Lovely and cosy feel, friendly and helpful staff Amazing central Location Loved Fika!! Breakfast was also fab!! We had a superior guest room with wonderful views over the Harbour! Loved the rooftop sauna at The very near Aurora!!

Very nice hotel in prime location with stunning views on the habour and the mountains. Breakfast was very generous with lots of tasty and quality options. We really enjoyed the fika provided every afternoon. The hotel staff was really friendly and hands on.

Great location with the added bonus of being half board which was really tasty even though just one main meal choice per evening. Small bar and a lovely rooftop jacuzzi in the Aurora opposite (chargeable) staff super friendly.

Fantastic location and some nice touches - coffee & cake in the afternoon. Good breakfast and evening supper options. Serving staff very friendly and approachable.

I asked for a separate single bed in the room and there was only a cot. The luck didn’t work on our last nights stay, so the reception had to let us in and out of our room. It was most inconvenient.
