The service was outstanding and exceptional. The entire accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mirka and Peter from the reception team for their warm, friendly, and professional service amd support. Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Květa from housekeeping for her remarkable empathy and kindness. A special thanks also goes to the two lovely staff members from the breakfast service for their excellent service.
