We visited this place on 26th of December 2024 and stayed 2 nights there. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean including the bathroom. Early check in facilities were also available and we loved the place a lot.

Nice rooms, very clean place, near the restaurants and the beach, but far away enough to have a quiet night, quite cool rooms, even without AC (which we used anyway)

Great location close to the beach, cafes and restaurants and the supermarket. Water sposrts and entertaining services are located on the beach as well. Everything you need if you came for resting by the ocean. The Uppuveli beach is one of the nicest on that part of the coast. The area is certainly more convenient and holiday-like that the city centre. The room was located on the 1st floor and we had our own entrance from the stairs to it. There wasn't much of the view from the room, the window was covered due to privacy/security reasons, but I was only sleeping there so not a big deal. The view would be for the surrounding homes anyway. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The AC was working nicely. The bathroom was ok, although it is simple shower without curtains I saw many times during my stay in Sri Lanka. Good value for money for staying close to the beach. The area of the property was nice, always clean and the gate kept closed. It's close to the main road but quiet. The breakfast was ok but nothing sophisticated.
