As per usual this place is outstanding. Room was amazing, great welcome when you arrive (we always book this b and b), very clean brekkie and always great when the teapot is refilled and no pressure to finish brekkie. Bathroom in Room 4 has been done up to an exceptional high standard. We always return due to the excellent location on the outskirts of town. Highly recommend

Caroline and Robin were great hosts .They kept in regular contact with us from the outset. They were very welcoming and did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was ideal and we enjoyed a great nights sleep.

Friendly, clean, personable and Caroline is a great host. I also appreciated herbal tea option, the robes and the cute stuffed dogon the bed (which I named Otis).

This was located in a great location. All of the town was available by walking. Plenty of parking space. We were happy to be able to share the house with only a few people. I think that there were only eight rooms.

Location, the room was lovely and made us feel like we were at home. Caroline was very welcoming and obliging. Breakfast was great.

It was great being able to leave the car parked at Caravogue house and walk into Trim (10 minutes.) We really enjoyed this portion of the trip as it was a great hopping off point to visit both Trim castle and the Stone Age sites of the Boyne Valley. Room was peaceful and beautifully decorated. All amenities were modern.
