The hotel is very nice and compact. Rooms are large and comfortable, very clean. The staff is friendly and responsive and the food is wonderful, delicious local and traditional dishes, the spa center is constantly open. The place is very beautiful and pleasant. Calm and quiet. It is ideal for walking and relaxing

•The room is ok, they could add a chair or a table to put your things. •Bed and pillows were comfy enough. •Good bathroom size. •Breakfast was ok. •The staff wanted to be nice but they do not speak english at all.

The hotel is very beautiful inside, the room we got was clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable and wide. The hotel has a sauna and jacuzzi. The dinner was very good and at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was the best we received in Bulgaria in hotels at this price level, with plenty of food. The hostess was very nice. In conclusion, an excellent hotel. If it were possible to give a score higher than 10, I would give it to this excellent hotel.
