Welcomed with nice classic music and big smile. Staff were really kind and helpful. There is an elevator from ground floor. Recommended restaurants were also fantastic!

All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I found the breakfast very good according to my likings. It had a large variety of cereals, bread, yogurts, croissants and cakes. Yet, I reckon that for others who would prefer an English Breakfast, it would pose a problem as it does not offer as much from this point of view. The location is ideal as the hotel is situated in the main area of the city, just a 3-minute walk away from the train station. Canal Grande is only 6 minutes away, Molo Audace is 10 minutes away and the majestic Piazza Unita' d'Italia is only a 14-minute walk away. Other interesting tourist attractions can also be found nearby. The room was big enough for two persons and it had all the necessary facilities. Altough the facade of the hotel is quite old, yet the internal is modern.

Very nice hotel near the train station. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good. Can walk to the centre of town. Good value for money.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly (great jewellery too!). The room was a little old fashioned but it was big clean with a comfortably large bed. We would definitely stay there again.
