The room had a very nice lay out. Staff was excellent. They responded to our every need. Sky window was very practical & during rain storms it closes automatically.

Reception staff (Martina, Giada and one more lady) are very efficient communicators, kind and utterly service-minded, many thanks! The hotel's location is superb for the transit travellers, literally 5 min walk from the Central railway station and Coach Terminal, 15 min easy walk to Piazza dell Ponterosso (centre). I was advised in advance that my single room has a roof window, thus given the opportunity to upgrade if wanted (adequate for just one overnight) - I much appreciated this pro-activity!

It’s excellent value for money. On top, the breakfast is really good, very good and efficient . High quality coffee machine ! The personnel of the hotel is very welcoming, professional and very responsive !😻😻😻

Very nice, professional and helpful stuff!! Really big rooms, one of the values of the place is ecology, so they think about this things. Close to the central and 2 min from the train and bus station (sometimes you can see not so simpatico people around, but we haven’t any problems). The place was clean, warm, hot water, you can buy drinks, snacks and umbrellas in the lobby. I really liked this place.
