The room was clean and comfortable. It was big enough to accommodate a family of three. The customer support was easy to reach through Whatsapp and quite responsive

It's a beautiful apartment, well equipped. We stayed only 1 night. It was pretty warm that day so we opened the door but the noise of the ring in front of the apartment was terrible. Sorry to say this. I give maximum points but the noise from the 2x 2-lanes ring was awful. The river is on the other side, our apartment was not facing that way. Parking is also hectic - within about 5-1000 meters you can manage - but that is also a Germany thing, not the apartment's fault. Otherwise I could imagine staying more nights here with windows closed. Contact with the apartment was perfect, also the self-check in system works perfectly.

The apartment was really clean (thanks to the cleaning ladies) and cozy and comfy. Only a 20 min foot walk away from the Porta Nigra, this apartment was everything it promised: clean, well equipped kitchen and a stay like home. Will definitely stay here again.

Nicely furnished apartment in a newly built block of flats. Dedicated free parking is right in front of the building. Bakery on the ground floor. Extremely responsive support!
