Excellent location. Easy walk to the Christmas markets. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good, wide variety of items. Staff very professional.

The best asset of this hotel is its location, very central and convenient to explore the city. The free coffee and water was very welcomed. The room was also clean and quiet.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast choices were excellent and staff were very efficient and quickly replenished breakfast items.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Trier and this allows an easy discovery of the city. It is comfortable and modern. Breakfast is great with many choices. A small private parking at 24 Euros a day is possible.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, unlike most chain hotels. We were switched to a better room on arrival without asking. The breakfast was superb and, again, the staff were friendly and efficient.
