The room was good, had everything we needed. The only point I can mention is that it is not as soundproof as I would like it to be. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We prefered to go to Amsterdam for brunch. The location was very good for us because we had a car so we could travel around easily. A very good point was that the parking was free.

The room was vey large. The bed was king-size or bigger. There was a sort of kitchen area - it just had a fridge (no kettle or cups) but it was a very good area for making tea if you took your own kettle. The bathroom worked perfectly wih plenty of places to put things. Breakfast was extra but the price was still very good - and it was well worth the money. There is a very convenient car park at the back. It's just a short walk to the Porta Nigra where the old town starts - and Trier is absolutely superb.

This is a 'way above average' hotel. Why? The staff is very friendly and flexible, the rooms are clean, the beds are excellent and large, and there is a private parking that's fully surveyed by camera's. On top of that: the beautiful city center of Trier is very close, and if you need basic stuff: there are 2 supermarkets, and a bakery close by. We only spent 2 days here but would come back to this hotel. Last but not least: excellent breakfast. The rooms are accessible by an elevator and are individually airconditioned.
