Only the location was very remote, away from any road or landmark and almost 12 km away from Kumbakonam. So if you do not have a car all the time at your disposal, you are confined inside the resort gates only. Rest everything is excellent.

Excellent environment well laid out and chettinad style rooms/ villas. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the sangam period Style dinner by the river. Very helpful staff especially jn the restaurant

We were there over the Pongal festival and the resort hosted any activities and ceremonies celebrating the harvest. It was truly an honour to participate in the procession and observe traditional offerings. The room was good and there were lots of aryurvedic offerings to try. Staff were exceptional and shared much of their culture with us.

A property surrounded with nature , the ease with which the check in was handled ( without being asked to stand & wait for the paperwork ) , the cleanliness of the room , beautiful , aesthetic & traditional. it’s maintenance by its staff namely Mrs. Latha & Mr.Arunprakash defiantly require a mention here . Moving on to the restaurant , the spread not big yet the choice & taste was excellent and served well with care by it’s staff , Ms.Maheshwari & Mr. Karunakaran made us feel at home . we had come for temple visit with family , so to put it simply , Pray Eat & Sleep . 😬😬😬😬

Fabulous rooms that look like little cottages, with wonderful outdoor showers (plus indoor one) and verandahs to sit in. Well spaced our from one another with pleasant gardens around you. Great pool that was quiet when we were there. Excellent breakfast and good supper.

We really had a great time. Not only the facility was amazing, they were also offering several activities to get in touch with the local community and enjoy the local culture. Our kids loved them all!
