-Good location ( 10-15 mins walking time to train station,) in a quiet place, - good breakfast, clean room and bathroom, very good sleep / bed - very kind people : we arrived there earlier and we received the room before the checkin time and in the culheckout day we left the bags at the receiption for few hours

In front of San Nicolò church. it was been a pleasant surprise. Room is silent and preatty clean (maybe more attention to the details), and bathroom is huge. Parking is not free, but there several closer (10 minutes walking)

Everything worked out just fine - my first stay was in a room due for refurb - but it was fine - but the second stay I got a refurbished room that was excellent.
