Great location, interesting decor of common areas (bar, restaurant, lobby), good quality wifi. A great base for exploring Venice. Also a very good place for sunbathing.

We knew the hotel was on a campsite and so was expecting it might be quite basic. But the room, breakfast, room service (daily cleaning) and hotel generally was excellent. It was such good value for money too, it include beach beds and umbrella and use of beach and pool
