We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was lovely and clean. The location is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room has an amazing view. We had a great time!

The staff were exceptional - very helpful and even offered us some lasagna one night when my husband was struck down by allergies and we couldn't go out for dinner. The location was perfect for us - plenty of places to walk to and a gorgeous view. We didn't want to be closer to Como as the views across the lake further down are more populated. There is an amazing roof terrace too. And the wifi worked really well.

Absolutely beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful. Incredible staff and hosts. This is more like a 4 star hotel with 5 star staff service. Beat place to stay in Como, as other more popular areas are packed with tourists. So we recommend staying here and visiting Bellagio, Menaggio and Como. Lovely cocktails and dinner is also available and the breakfast is exceptional.

While you'd expect that nothing would beat the fact that this hotel is right on Lake Como - with spectacular views from the hotel pool, immaculately kept grounds, breakfast terrace, rooftop tower and rooms - you'd be wrong. What made this stay even better was the friendliness of the staff who made us feel right at home.

Staff so helpful for figuring out how to get around. Transport around Lake Como can be tricky without a car. Front desk were so helpful in ensuring we could catch the right ferry to Como
