We received very laxed and cheerful welcome. Our room was exceptional, the beds so very comfortable, the hosts helpful and accommodating and frühstück delicious!

Quiet and peaceful. Close to both Gmund and Spittal / Mittstatter See. Clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Great value for money.

Good sized clean room. Had parking. Nice forest views. Older guest house but looked like some newer renovations/updates such as bathrooms going on. Access to communal fridge was good
