The apartment was spotlessly clean, had a well equipped kitchen (even with an oven!), two separate bedrooms with double beds and a huge bathroom. It is also very well located - right next to the sea port and in the very old town, so the Cathedral, caffes, restaurants and places of interest are easily reachable by walking. The owner Stefano was always very helpful, easily reachable on whatsapp. Although he doesn't speak English, we had absolutely no problem communicating. Stefano was also flexible about the check-out time, as it was off-season when we visited. It is important to mention that it was not cold at all in the apartment, even though we were in Trapani in January (there was an air conditioner blowing hot air). The place was comfortable and we felt like at home, so we also stayed again the night before our flight. Yet, it is important to note that the apartment is mainly meant for practical purposes like sleeping and eating, it's not meant for long-time stays (or a romantic holiday), as there is no separate living room. Lastly, the parking is for a fee next to the apartment during the day, but free at night. Stefano was kind to explain where we can park a car at a cheaper rate (10 min walk away).

The host was amazing, he waited for us to arrive and showed us where to park and even gave us a lift back to the apartment. He could not do enough for us. The location is excellent and some lovely food places on the doorstep.
