- The charm of the whole property (hotel, restaurant and bar): very well decorated, felt warm and homy. - Helen from reception is a lovely lady and the bar staff is nice and quite efficient. - The food is tasty, especially the breakfast one.

There is nothing i could fault here, we had such a lovely stay.. a clean and big room, with very comfy beds. Hotel in a great location for town and train station if you want to travel for the day. High quality and tasty food. The place was packed when we were in for food and yet service was outstanding. The most welcoming and friendly staff. We will stay here anytime we in town.. a great place great value. Thank you for a great weekend

The room was huge and well catered for with hairdryer, dressing gowns, tea, coffee, water etc. It was quiet and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The reception staff were amazing particularly a lady who's name I can't remember who helped us enormously on our second day with sorting out some work stuff and booking us taxis.

The staff were so friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The hotel is beautiful and we were surprised with an upgrade to our room we did not ask for.
