The staff at reception were so polite friendly and accommodating made you feel welcome the minute you step in the door. Location is great , everything you need right at your door step. Food is just scrumptious 😋

Our favourite go to hotel in Tralee! Bfast is amazing! Rooms super clean, leisure center wonderful and they have amazing play-area for the small kiddies! You’ll never be bored here! And the location, wonderful.🥰

Everything about this hotel was beautiful, the reception / bar / restaurant / spa areas. The reception staff (Honor) were extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. Breakfast was lovely and the pool / spa facilities were great. Free parking.

Extremely friendly front desk man from New Jersey was very welcoming on our arrival. Decor was lovely Pool and facilities were great Kids and Adults really enjoyed the magic show with magic Steve.

Attending a wedding in Ballyseedy castle hotel, perfect location - and it is so cosy I went back to the hotel on my own early to spend in the cosy bedroom ! And left them celebrating 🥂🍻
