We had a wonderful stay - the hotel grounds, rooms, staff and food were all spectacular. Ultimate relaxation and an early morning walk with Dolan the Irish Wolfhound - we’ll be back !

Comfort of Lodge, perfect room temperature, comfortable beds. The food was very good. Normally castles can have dampness and odours. This hotel smelt of roses. Very pleasant staff. Beautiful irish wolf hounds and grounds. Overall I couldn't fault anything. Your could sense the history in the place. I would definitely return.

For a historic building it’s so well maintained, it’s clear the owners & staff take pride in this establishment. It’s just so beautiful, and as it was late November during our stay the house was so magical with Christmas decorations. The staff are warm and helpful, the food was exceptional and the dogs just top it all off! Can’t wait to book again

The castle is beautiful, it feels special. The grounds are lovely, the dogs are up for a pat and a walk, the staff are friendly - it is brilliant.

Everything was fantastic, the location was superb, the bedrooms were beautiful. The dining room was very elegant, the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The whole hotel was so comfortable and relaxing . A special thank you to Esther for everything
