The quality of the rooms is poor indeed. But they’re trying to keep everything clean and neat, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is passable. I understand the complaints about the mould and everything, but I’m also sure that if the repair service came and fixed everything it wouldn’t cost 20$ for a room for 2 including breakfast in the very city centre. +it depends on how you plan to stay in Trabzon. it was a good deal for 2 nights So it’s absolutely worth the price.

The location is perfect. There is a variety of transportation options within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, we got useful advice for our stay and travel, and some help with luggage ant taxi. The room and bathroom cleanleness were decent, and everything mentioned in the room description was there, except the sea view since we stayed on the first floor and the sea can be seen from the upper floors only. The breakfast was very good, some vegies, olives, boiled eggs, shakshouka, cornflakes, watermelon, butter, honey, labneh, chocolate spread. The price is very convinient.

The location is perfect if you are visiting the city. The neighborhood is quiet during the night and plenty of life during the day. The staff is very kind and there’s menemem for breakfast!

Both receptionists were great. I saw mainly the guy at the reception and he was always happy to help.
