The location of the hotel was outstanding. . The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent 👌 We enjoyed our stay there.

The view is perfect, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are big, comfortable and cozy. The place is very quite and the weather was exceptional because the hotel is on the mountain, there is no feel of humidity or heat despite we were in July.

The Sera Lake Resort is a fantastic place for relaxing. I spent my New Year holiday here, and the service was terrific, including accommodation, restaurant, and staff support. The Resort provides additional service for tourist tours which I used to visit Uzungol lake. The restaurant is excellent. Food is local style and tasty. I have to express my gratitude to Mr. Hanifi Yildirim, who is working in the restaurant, who gave world-class service taking care of me as a guest, much more than usual and better than hotels with more stars. In general, all the staff people are polite and willing to help even if their English is not the best, they always found a way to communicate. Besides everything great, I would underline the staff and their service as the best point about the whole experience. It is an excellent place focused on guests' needs with an optimal balance between luxury and individual service to the guest. This is one of the reasons I prefer smaller hotels and resorts compared to world-famous brands.
