We had a room facing the river and the trees all lit up during the koyo festival. The view was incredible at night! A way better experience than visiting everything in a rush in order to catch the last buses after sunset. We had plenty of time to climb up the mount surrounded by all the lights. I was given a cute lantern by the staff to walk around. A nice and photogenic gesture! We enjoyed our Japanese dinner there.
