The staff and service are fantastic! Special shout-out to Peco who carried all our heavy bags up to our 3rd floor room by herself - we were amazed! Also, having access to the private onsen bath was a luxury and we were able to use it without waiting despite staying at peak season.

Beautiful property, kind staff and very nice amenities. The private onsen was lovely and I had the best sleep with the comfy futon! I’d definitely recommend staying here! Location was easy to find, all was wonderfull!

We were perfectly taken care of by the friendly staff at Sensui. Peko ペコ was amazing, good conversation, food service and really made us feel like part of the family. They even wrote us a handwritten thank you letter on check out. Thank you Sensui team!

The staff were so kind and helpful and very attentive to their guests. We felt so welcome and they went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. When they heard it was our honeymoon they were sure to make us little notes on our table for dinner which was very sweet. The photos do not do this place justice it's got an amazing atmosphere and feels very very special Be sure to treat yourself to their dinner option!!

Staff extremely attentive and thorough.. We dropped off luggage prior to checking in to wander a bit. Spacious room, comfy beds. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The dinner orepared by on site chef is a flavor adventure not to be missed! Everyone from chef to staff are talented and communicate well in English. They provided complimentary yukata and sandles to explore all of the local onsen. Also complimentary were passes to the onsen and a discounted pass to the ropeway leading up the mountain with a Michelin star view. The traditional wood architecture of the rooms were warm and comfortable. I would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.

Very impressed by their services. The room was very spacious, larger than many 5 stars hotels. The location is perfect close to the train station and the onsens.

Lovely stay at Sensui made especially special by the friendly staff. Everyone was so lovely and we had exceptional service at dinner. Enjoyed our kaiseki beef dinner and breakfast. Especially liked the parts of Sensui that have been renovated, very stylish ! The library and dining room are beautiful.
