The experience of sleeping on futons was great and comfortable. The hotel onsen was included but the onsen fees had to be paid at the hotel. Very happy with the hotel and pleasant service. They given to us a QR pass for the other onsen. It also included a kimono and was a unique experience. It was amazing

The place was amazing. This was my first time staying in a ryokan and I had the best time on my trip. Every dinner and breakfast was a feast. The first receptionist who greeted us was fluent in English, the others had varying levels of English but it was not a problem with Google translator app or basic Japanese language skill, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location a short walk from the station, or use the hotel shuttle bus. Lovely room, spacious and clean. There were 2 private baths that could be booked plus public baths. The kaiseki crab dinner was amazing.

Friendly and patient staff - tried very well explaining in english. I had a mistake of booking only for 2 adults, not 4, but they accommodated our request to add our 2 adult sons 2 days before our checkin. The futtons were prepared and they were very comfortable too! Location is suited between the train station and rows of onsen. Rooms are comfortable and warm - gave us an old traditional japanese home feel.

Friendly staff, town shuttle bus was super convenient. Usage of Yukatas was a lovely touch. And beautiful large clean rooms.
