Excellent! So comfortable, spacious and clean. It only cost a little more than a basic business hotel. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. Great location. Absolutely loved the bathroom and bed.

Staff was amazing. Especially Mr. Kobayashi was exceptional! He was so kind, attentive and very professional. Hotel is new and clean. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is very nice too!

The complimentary drinks/snacks were great. The bath salt smells wonderful as well. The view from the room was nice as we got a high floor. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station. The malls and popular restaurants are all nearby the train station, so everything was very accessible.

All good. I particularly like the lighting and floor setting in the washroom. The brightness of the lighting (not exactly white but bright yellow) is something that I really appreciate.

JAL hotel is amazing and has exceeded our expectation. The room was nicely sized but even better thing is that it was designed for practical use. The bed is comfy, the bathroom has a sperated shower and a bathtub glassdoor up from the toilet and sink area- pretty big comparing to the standard Japanese hotel bathroom size. The breakfast was great, many option foods ranging from traditional to classic American breakfast.

- a massive room, plenty of space! ( wecare now in Tokyo and the difference is astounding!) - wonderful bath tub & shower ( we want one like that at home!) - very quiet despite being in a centralised location ( only about 4 mins walk from Toyama JR station - they provide you with fresh spring water that you can refill your bottle with - lovely staff, always very friendly & helpful - comfortable bed & pillows - daily housekeeping - secure car parking available ( 1500¥ per day) - washing machine onsite- you can even check when the machine is available to use ( 600¥ for wash & dry) - very close to shopping area, and lots of dining out options nearby ( Maroot shopping centre top floor) - we made a mistake with our booking and had to add an extra day, the staff were courteous and processed our request straight away, the extra night fee was reasonable
