The room was clean. My husband is disabled and the walk from carpark to room was a little difficult for him. We could not open door initially and rang for assistance which was provided.

My daughter stayed here on a trip back from holidays whilst waiting for a ride back home. The staff were great and let her check in early as she had luggage and nowhere to store it and were extremely accommodating. She found the room very comfortable and relaxing.

My son and I had the pleasure of staying at Mecure Townsville, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. The rooms were well equipped and clean, the beds were very comfortable, providing a quiet space to unwind after a day of socialising and exploring. The location was convenient, being only 9 minutes from the airport, and close to local attractions. My teenage most enjoyed lounging in the pool with our friends, and we took full advantage of the buffet breakfast and barista made coffee. We will be returning on our next trip up to QLD.
