Our free off-street parking is offered on a first-in basis only & cannot be reserved as there are limited spaces, however there is also on-street parking available at the front and rear of the building. Parking is strictly one vehicle per room that must be registered on check in. Caravans, campervans, motorhome, boat, trailer, jet ski and other like vehicles are not permittedAll rooms & balconies are non-smoking. Smoking only permitted in the designated smoking area at the rear of the building.Guests occupying the room must provide photo ID & credit card for bond/incidentals that match the booking name. Bookings will not be accepted at check in if identification and bond cannot be provided to receptionStarting November 11th, works will commence to replace the passenger lifts within the building. One lift will be temporarily out of service, while the second lift will continue to operate.To help minimize wait times during busy periods, guests will have additional access to the service lift. Please note that the work will take place Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and will result in some noise during these times.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Loved the sea facing balcony, big couch, friendliness of the cleaners and when I had rung prior to arriving the staff were willing to take my request not to have a shower that is inside a bath (due to back injury of my travelling companion) and we even managed to get this despite being full most of the week we were there. Loved being in the middle of the Strand with so many restaurants available within walking distance even in the pouring rain

We stay there every time we are in Townsville. The location and view are perfect. No matter which floor or room you stay in there is a view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking onsight. Close to shops and restaurants.

What a great place! Exceptional location with modern rooms that have everything you need. As some one who has worked in the industry and with my job taking me to hundreds of motels in Australia and New Zealand this is one of the best value for money places that I have stayed. Oh and that view the moment you walk into your room...WOW I highly recommend the Aquarius I will be recommending it to.my family and friends.
