The resort part of the reserve is well set out. The welcome drink and buffet food lunch/dinner/breakfast was delicious. Wish I'd gone up to see the bar area upstairs, but forgot! Our thatched terraced accommodation was in a real safari style and very atmospheric with thatched roofs visible from the inside as well. The kids stayed upstairs with adults downstairs. The tour guide we had was very well informed and we saw and learnt an incredible amount because of his expertise. Nice little break in the middle of the afternoon tour with drinks and nibbles halfway through. The baboons provided entertainment at this point too! Lovely sitting in the fire pit after the stargazing talking to other guests toasting marshmellows. Very peaceful in the morning as well, being able to see the elephants etc in the distance. Good to be able to have time at the end to veg by the pool and bar, despite checking out at 10am ish.
