Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidaysIf you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code.Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and on public holidays.Housekeeping is done once a week.The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Outstanding location, warm and cosy. Property had sleeping and bedding for 5, plenty of room. Great view over the city. Wifi worked very well.

Whilst the outside of the building is not very attractive, the rooms are more than satisfactory, each has a balcony, kitchen area and a good bathroom. The location, near to the railway station and town centre, is ideal. A few minutes walk to many bars, shops and restaurants. The tram stop is a few minutes walk away. Parking is in an adjacent multi story car park - 8 euros er day.

Good location, good staff. If you need to park in advance. We arrived at 9 on Saturday. No staff can enter the parking lot because no key card. Messages went from Saturday to Monday, no response. There are no more employees on Sundays. I have to book an Indigo parking lot. Monday I went to book a parking lot, pay 8 € it is located the right building, the corner, the inside the left, the left hand up to the 5th floor. The hotel's 2nd floor deck is accessible to the building from the rooftop.

The breakfast was good and appropriate for the cost. Location was hard to find and extremely difficult to leave!! Our sat nav couldn’t cope.

Convenient location close to transport (a few minutes to the train station), supermarket, laundrette within the building, and a good variety of food and drink outlets nearby. The self contained accommodation really suited us. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Easy to access and staff rang as we were arriving out of hours and explained everything and that went very smoothly. This is a very large aparthotel site, it is huge, just near the Tours main train station. The beds were comfy and it was functional like a hotel room really but with a small kitchen too. We paid extra for a balcony but not necessary as were out all the time. The place is so big you might need to use two lifts to get to the room. it was busy with people coming and going all the time but quiet at night so no parties. There is parking at this place. if you have a car, take the parking option but read below. BTW, parking in central Tours is a nightmare, impossible to get a place in the streets around and very very expensive (30 euros for 3 hours is one example). This aparthotel place offers all day and night parking for 8 euros a day but it's on the roof and round the back of the building-see below for details!
