The little apartment was cozy and clean. Our absolute favourite was the pool area. So relaxing and beautifully laid out. There's a bar for drinks and some food. Wi-fi working well around it. Absolute heaven to relax. The water was very cold though but in hotter season I think it would be very nice.

Perfect space for myself and my daughter as it had beds on 2 levels so gave us both privacy. Lovely comfy beds and nice pillows etc. Was about a 25 minute walk down hill to Mykonos town and from there you can get buses from the Fabrika bus station to other parts of the island . Few restaurants close by and a good supermarket and excellent bakery a few minutes down the road. The staff were all really lovely and lifts to town/airport etc can be provided cheaper than the taxis.

Staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The pool area is brilliant. Very well located with nearby restaurants and shops, walking distance from the old town.

The manager and other hosts are super available but not pushy at all, kind and how other hotels should look after their guests. You can use the services and the bar and restaurant, or not, and they are full of recommendations. The staff offer to go the extra mile with no expectation of thanks. Rooms have a fridge, kettle, nespresso machine and a small number of mugs, glasses and cutlery as well as a sink and sponges / cloths. All rooms have plenty of dish detergent, bins, hand soap and shower gel stocked as well as a safe, mini ironing board and iron, hair dryer and two types of towels - white for bathroom and grey for poolside. Housekeeping are active every day and the rooms kept well with changes to thousand sheets every third day. The sunbeds around the pool are super comfy and there were plenty there although we were visiting during the quiet season. You have some good sun parasols and the pool has a shallow area for younger people. The pool is refreshingly cool and very clean - cleaned daily. We visited mid October 2024 and the weather was superb. 24°. Very little wind and warm at night.

the residence is 5 min with scooter from the city town. it is clean and tidy inside and outside. just round the corner there are many bars and restaurants. the apartment had everything necessary. Konstantinos and his staff were always helpful and polite, for example he helped us finding a scooter rental that also brought us to the airport the last day. if we’ll come back in Mykonos we will surely come back here.

special thanks to Maria which allowed us to check in at 9 am on a sunday, but all the staff are super ok. it was clean and we had everything thing we needed. hope we ll come back
