Location. Reception staff were pleasant… but clearly overwhelmed with queues to checkout or checkin and having to put numerous phone callers on hold at the same time.

Huge room with large, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Excellent location, right on the Place du Capitole. Public underground parking very close which I paid for at reception on departure…with a 50%reduction!

Fancy hotel with a view over main market square - location 10/10. Friendly staff - we asked for a favor and it was almost done once we reached the room, impressive. It was really a pleasant stay there.
