Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We had a very quiet room facing the courtyard. The weather was very cold but it was possible to reduce the heating to suit ourselves which is not always possible in hotels. A very short walk from the airport bus stop. Very well situated for historic sites, restaurants and shops.

Fabulous location right in the centre of the city - a short walk to everything. Really friendly, helpful staff at the front desk, who were happy to assist with information, taxis, luggage storage etc. Comfortable bed and no street noise.

excellent location right in the center of the city. The room was extremely quiet with a nice balcony. The parking is easy to access from the busy streets.

The hotel was in the perfect location. Comfy bed and good water pressure. Nice interior design, room had a balcony. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus.

Location: you can go from there walking to Capitole, Railway station or take the metro to many other interesting locations ; kindness of the staff; cleanliness . Wi-Fi was OK

The location was perfect for me: only 15 minutes walk from where I was working and on the edge of the historic centre of Toulouse. The welcome was friendly, the room spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower easy to use and pretty decent. Breakfast choice was outstanding. I am coeliac, so it is always lovely when there is a good range of food offered (which isn’t just croissant & baguettes). In this case, you could have mixed salad and fruit and there were loads of yoghurts
