“A Lovely Quiet Place in Central Toulouse”

Eric and Jose welcomed me and gave me lots of useful information about the apartment and the city. I was in a lovely duplex apartment occupying the two top floors. The house itself is in a quiet alley with easy access to shops, bakeries, museums and public transport. This is only a 15-minute walk from the Capitolium. The apartment is modern and spotlessly clean. Most importantly it’s very quiet at night. Everything is tastefully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and dining-living room downstairs and a cozy bedroom/bathroom upstairs. A solid wooden staircase connects the two floors. The windows give sufficient natural light and can be opened. There is a washing machine, a heater and air conditioning there, if needed. Well done, thank you Eric and Jose.

Great location. Eric is a great host. Thanks for meeting me in person to help me get to the property, and carrying my luggage in! Cosy room - well thought-out space. Clean. It was great to have a heated towel rail in the bathroom, especially on a cold morning. There were some treats in the kitchenette. Overall perfect place for what I needed! I would stay here again.

loved this cosy apartment located in a quiet street. It had everything you need for a short stay. Eric is a great host, meeting us on arrival and explaining everything, including recommendations on where to eat and what to see. couldn't have asked for better in Toulouse

It is a perfect apartment. Stylish, comfortable, super clean and well equipped. Eric was very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for eating and sightseeing. It is also in a great neighborhood and on a really quiet road. Parking is about 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, in a secure parking

The warm welcome on arrival. An excellent standard of accommodation; apartment is spacious and beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, we loved everything about it.

Location was great: city centre yet quiet and safe. It is a small self contained flat so very comfortable. It has everything one might need on holidays, plus more, eg. little hob, decent size fridge, sofa. Comfortable bed, very nice hot shower. Exceptionally clean. Host very welcoming. Great communication. Little patio outside the flat with your own coffee table + chair. Simple, modern, safe, very clean and pleasant.

Stunning apartment, modern, bright, spacious, well equipped and nicely designed. Incredible location, walking distance to the old town and all tourist attractions. Owners are fantastic and very helpful, happy to advise about places to see, where to eat, which markets to visit for fresh food and when.
