The lift goes to the 6th floor and then you must walk up stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor.Please note that the parking is limited, if necessary preferential rates are granted at the partner Jeanne d'Arc parking (50 meters from the hotel) on request from reception.Outside visits are prohibited to protect the safety of our employees and customers as much as possible.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Easy walk to the main square where the Christmas market was, restaurants very close by and easy walk from bus stop and metro station. Free coffee and water in reception area and friendly helpful receptionists. Good price for a 3 night stay

The superior room was good - smallish but immaculate. Good quality bathrobes and technology. I like the fact that there was Earl Grey tea at breakfast. The free drinks in the lobby are good too. Pleasant and efficient receptionists. Though located in an unremarkable street, it is conveniently located midway between the station and the main town square. It is also only two minutes away from the bus stop for the airport shuttle.

Well presented throughout. Friendly bi lingual staff. Excellent location for the event I was attending. Really comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast. Clean. USB sockets in the room proved very useful and efficient. It was also surprisingly peaceful

Beautiful hotel in central Toulouse! Great décor, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and the staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, good location - very central, clean, decent room, quiet with little noise internal or external. Close to metro, bus station and airport buses. Great local bar not far from the hotel (Bar Le Concorde). Toulouse is just great!

The convenient location is definitely a plus. It's only about a 13-minute walk from the train station, and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Great, central location. Easy to reach via metro and walking distance to many sights and place in Toulouse. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Breakfast was really nice - all of the food was fresh and buffet area was very clean and well stocked. Fresh cold water at reception with glass bottles to fill up and take to your room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a helpful map with suggestions of places and areas to visit. Would definitely return!
