It is very close to the train and bus station, the room was very clean and comfortable. After reading some previous reviews, I could say the hotel is worth it.

the entrance with stairs without lift is challenging for few. Location is excellent, facility is a bit old and needs some renovation but its price is adjusted according to the condition. The friendly lady at the reception is an exceptional experience. I felt she is not doing "sales smile" but she is truly enjoying to offer her hospitality. Knowing many expensive hotels I did not feel this devotion as usual hotel staff does smile as it is written in their manual .

The man on reception was very friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and we were able to stay in one bedroom which, as a family of 5, isn’t normal. There was also secure parking.

The Hotel des Ambassadeurs is a clean and well managed 2 stars hotel close to the the train station and the city center. The rooms are quiet and the area is safe with a nice and careful staff.

This is one of the best value hotels in Toulouse and is right next to the train station, so you'd be silly to expect luxury for that price. But the staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was clean, the breakfast (paid for) was good (and good value), the bed was comfy.
