The staff was very friendly. Free drinks in the evening. Extra pillows are being provided. Some other free stuff that was nice to have (razor, beauty products, ...). Free breakfast. Low price. Water is drinkable and does not have a chlorine taste/smell.

This place is Amazing The price is very reasonable for all this hotel offers There's a welcome bar for the customers and breakfast included Also there are so many amenities, the Room is spacious and there's Netflix Everything is very clean and the customer service is the Best, i highly recommend this place

The staff was super cheerful and helpful with restaurants and taxi reservations. NONE of them spoke English, but we managed to communicate with Google Translate. An unusual feature of this hotel was an open bar from 6-9 pm, with all drinks free. The breakfast area was cosmetically very attractive. The location was great..very near the train station and restaurants.

Breakfast was ok, they had welcome drinks which was very nice. Sleeping clothes was provided, bathroom was a good size for japanese toilets, Overall value for money biz hotel. Close to train station.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Great Japanese style breakfast with decent options. Room is cozy and has everything we need. Free alcoholic and soft drinks in the evening are real delights!
