The staff are the best, even the lady who doesn't speak English. The manager is exceptional, especially when my mum was ill. She couldn't do more to help. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room. Very close to the centre.

The hotel is in a historic building and nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Breakfast was fine, good selection of food, friendly staff. Hotel is perfectly located for tourists. All staf from reception to cleaners and restaurant staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel itself need redecorating though and upgrading, particularly bathrooms. Would be useful to have hair dryers in the bathrooms.
