The best hotel we have ever slept at! Huge room (#1), tastefully decorated, great bathroom, old-style yet modern, comfortable and functioning. Very central, a few minutes walk to the old town city square. The breakfast was also good.

I definitely like its location, hotel is situated in the heart of old city, and far from traffic streets. Room was clean, everything needed was there. Fridge was useful for storing cakes and beer. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. I like automatic code system when there are no need to have physic keys for hotel room.

Location, historical atmosphere, good breakfast, flexibility - they offered changing a room when air condition in our work was not working.

Really great atmosphere of an old house with vintage furniture. Place was clean, beds comfy, breakfast tasty. No problem with check-in and check-out. There is a great ramen restaurant nearby. We had a great stay.

My stay at Heban Hotel in Torun was notably enhanced by its excellent central location. Situated right in the heart of the city, the hotel provides immediate access to all the major attractions and dining options that Torun has to offer, which is perfect for tourists wanting to explore on foot. While the location is ideal, I found that other aspects of the hotel did not particularly stand out.
