Great location, friendly staff, warm, clean room. We hired the apartment so we would have more room to meet with family and it was a great size, plenty of chairs.

The breakfast was really good and varied, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. It was nice having the lift handy, and the upstairs terrace was good Overall, the decor of the hotel was well done.

Location is very good. Thou Torun old town is quite small this hotel is close to the market square but lacks any view. The room had plenty of electric sockets. Electronic room key. The bathroom was large nice and very clean. Nice staff. Elevator.

Booked the Gotyk for my Dad for a short stay- second time he has stayed and he said it was just as good as the first. Lovely staff, really nice room and ideal location.

Spacious lounge, modern feel. Nicely decorated bedroom with comfortable bed. Good shower. Very quiet. Excellent communication for smooth check in.

I was traveling alone, and the aroma of gingerbread filled the streets of Toruń Old Town. The hotel is very historic and very close to the attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and TV, and the toilet was also very hygienic. The breakfast was very rich and delicious.

The location was perfect, in the center of Torun with the train station not too far by foot (30 min) and car (10 min). The staff was great, with excellent English and communication. Good breakfast with plenty of options.
