Set up for boat collection good and tours booked via lodge with local operator great. Linen and towels fine. A/c worked well. Good cocktails at happy hour. Pool small but nice. Room and bathroom clean.

Location was quiet and near the main area to catch the boats and the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable with air con.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel! The hotel is well located in the center of the village so very convenient for activities. The staff is really nice and the activities proposed by their sister company are really well organised.

This property is located close to Tortuguero’s port and 50 meters walking from the beach. The room was very clean and the common areas super comfortable - we got to see so many wild animals around! Ainara was a great help beforehand and during our stay, with great recommendations on food and transportation.

Well it is at the quieter end of the town, about 5-10 minutes walk from the boat, with a football pitch next to it. The room was ok but quite small with little room to put anything. The aircon worked well which was great. It was a lovely pool. I would go in early morning and late evening as it would be cooler. The middle of the day it would heat up like bath water. They provide a big barrel of drinking water.
