Room and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Furthermore the staff assisted us in booking guided tours and was super helpful with everything we needed.

Overall nice stay in Tortuguero. You can get quickly to all attractions. Carmen at the reception was very nice and helpfull.

The room and bathroom were spacious the AC worked really well. The two girls at the reception were incredibly helpful with organising tours and transportation to and from Tortuguero. The hotel is in town but away from the chaos and 2 mins walk from the beach.

Carmen is a very welcoming and obliging host and helped us in so many situations! Especially during the bus and boat transfer from San Jose to tortuguero. Also a big thank you to Kendall! ;-) I would recommend to book every tour directly via Carmen, she has the connections and we always felt like priority check in. Thank you very much for the great time we had there! <3 Service 12/10 Points!

Great central location, Carmen at reception was incredibly helpful and great breakfast provided at the Cafe next door, we had a lovely stay!

We had the best stay here, central location, close to some lovely restaurants that overlook the water. The rooms were lovely, clean and modern. Carmen was amazing, so friendly and helpful, thank you so much! We really hope to come back one day!

Amazing staff, very clean, right in the middle of the town, but still very quiet, modern furniture and bathroom, offers a few activities which were great.
