The location, about 5 minutes walking to the center of the town is very convenient. The kitchen facilities. The room is big enough for two people. Aircon Friendly staff. Nice area to chill in front of the ocean.

The house is just a bit outside the small town but that’s actually great to escape from all the noise! Small and cosy, very helpfull staff all facilities are there!

This was easily one of the best places I've ever stayed at when traveling. It's only a few steps away from the ocean, you can hear it (even when the AC is on) going to to bed and waking up. The terrace is really nice also and you're in town in no time by foot. I had a small "kitchen", don't expect a lot of it, but for me it worked just fine. Very nice and helpful host. I would come back here in a heartbeat. I was here in temporada baja so the price was really good too.

The price was great for private room with a big bed and I especially enjoyed the air con. Also the kanoe tour I booked through the hostel was amazing, it was a little more expensive than some other options in town, but we were only three people on a small boat while other groups were on big and loud motor boats. The hostel is kind of hidden in the back of the village, but it has a view of the ocean, which is stunning!

The owner is a great person , very respectful to his guests ! The place is on the beach vey near to the center , quiet and vey clean ! It was the best place I stayed at Costa Rica

The staff was really friendly and the location was outside town with a beautiful beach. Expect for a barking dog the place was quiet. The room was ok and the beds ok. Good value for the price! Tortuguero is a remote place so I don’t think you should expect too much of a high standard.
