We have stayed in many apartments on the marina and this is by far the best

Online booking and key code provided just before arrival. Discounted parking at €8 per day payable at reception next door. Very nice apartment overlooking the harbour. Also overlooking half a dozen restaurants and bars so if live music and/or karaoke doesn't suit you take noise cancelling headphones! It didn't bother me and every place I went to in that square provided a great variety of food including Greek, Mediterranean and standard British fayre. There's a small shop just a minute walk away handy for essentials like tea and milk. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk.

- good location - good contact with owner. Replies fast - airco, wifi, fridge good - clean. Towels provided - no elevator, you need to walk to the 2nd floor. For us its no problem

Nice small appartment with everything that's needed. Loved the location. Playa del Acequion almost right outside the door. You can rent a boat if you want. Close to mini market, Knossos - a very nice greek restaurant, a buss stop so it was easy to take the buss to La Zenia Boulevard shopping center. If you don't mind walking, it doesn't take more than approx 25-30 min to Habaneras Centro Comercial and Aquopolis Torrevieja. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean, nice and big. Nice terrace with a parasol. Very good with the little English supermarket.

The location was great. Overlooking the harbour with a few nice restaurants just metres away. Towels and sheets were replaced on the 3rd day.
