LOCAL TAX LAWBased on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

The location is ideal for exploring Torres del Paine. The hotel ambience is great, staff is doing their utmost to deliver great service and the quality of the restaurant is really high.

The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage. The staff and service were excellent. The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious. The room is basic for the hotel price. Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness.

Very clean, beautiful location, very comfortable and staff were very nice. Breakfast was sublime. Great location to start the trekking to Base Torres.

The location within the National Park is exceptional. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. I like to highlight the friendliness and professional attitude of the entire restaurant Coiron Staff and the great cuisine.
