We had a junior suite which was nice, We did have to ask for a kettle and some cups for making coffee. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The location was very central to both beach and town centre and train station.

The lady at reception was excellent—she welcomed us warmly, addressed any issues immediately, and remained gracious and polite throughout our stay. Her customer service was 10/10. The thoughtful compromise on pool usage; although hours were restricted, the receptionist mentioned we could use it outside these times if it wasn’t busy. The breakfast bags prepared for our early departure, which was a considerate gesture. The hotel’s classy, modern design, with beautifully decorated reception and a fresh, pleasant fragrance. The pool area was a beautiful oasis, adding to the hotel’s charm.

We had a lovely spacious room with a sea view and everything was very clean, with a firm but very comfy mattress. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Shower was EXCELLENT, could have stood in there for hours. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good variety of options, including non-dairy milk etc. Decent enough food and good nespresso coffee! We weren't there for long so didn't get to use the pool or spa but they looked lovely. The hotel was just a few mins walk to the beautiful beach and beachside restaurants, etc.

everything was perfect, fantastic friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble , the food was exceptional, lots of variety, good location just walk out hotel and beach in front , lots of great restaurants to choose from , will be going again

Indoor pool good design and decor Location very good.. 10mins taxi drive to AGP airport. 5 min walk to frontline and beach Outdoor pool slightly dated.
