Hotel Residencia Miami is the oldest hotel in the Carihuela beach area. It still has much of its original design and charm.

That is such a charming hotel! Design and decor is beautiful, especially the reception area and the pool. Staff were lovely and helpful, location was perfect, so close to the beach and restaurants yet in such a peaceful area.

Stayed for one night , it was nice. But make sure to ask for single beds when booking if that's what you are looking for as they won't ask you.

Unique place with old world charm. Really wonderful house with an amazing fireplace and beautiful artworks. We were met by a very kind and sweet man who saw all our heavy bags and gave us a room on the ground floor. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We only stayed one night and had to leave early the next day but wished we could have stayed longer.

really interesting and quirky building and a few mins from beach. i think this place would be perfect for those travellers by car or motorbike. free parking outside and close to the beach and shops.

Attractive traditional building. Very close to the beach and nice cafes, restaurants and shops. Pleasant, quiet balcony. Some staff were friendly and helpful.

Not the most modern hotel, but it’s a quiet and charming building with very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are friendly and attentive with cleaning and fresh towels every day. The court yard and pool are very nice. I’d definitely recommend if you want an affordable alternative to a soulless hotel or apartment in the area.
