Have stayed at a number of hotels over the years, this hotel and it's staff have set a new bar for other hotels to achieve. It is the first hotel that has a sunbed policy that actually works, well done. Location is great giving you access to distinctly different environments the up market and trendy marina to the cheap and cheerful bars of Monte Mar. I Would strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break in the sun.

Location of the hotel to Marina, and facilities. All public areas where immaculate friendly helpful staff. Having identified a small issue in our room, we where quickly moved to another and enjoyed a few extra perks. Excellent customer service. Great for Couples and Families.

We had a really nice stay, lots of activities and entertainment. We decided to treat ourselves for our 52nd wedding anniversary and booked half board. There was a good selection of food and plenty to choose from. The only negative we found was that most of the food was cooked with some sort of oil and at times a bit on the cold side. However it would not put us off from staying in the hotel again. AO

Brilliant location, great hotel, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of different options.

The location was perfect. Out front of hotel had multiple shops, restaurants and bars. Out back of hotel lead u straight to beach and promenade which had loads of shops n restaurant. We were about 5min walk from the marina, ferris wheel and shopping centre.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. So close to the beach and shops. The hotel was exceptionally clean.

The level of service and attentiveness of staff was excellent. The quality of the food on offer for breakfast and the variety of choice was first class. The standard of cleanliness throughout both inside and outside was very high.
