Having been going here over a long time and was happy enough but this time on arrival a young receptionist was quite rude and I have noticed this when he was dealing with guests before. I was upset at his rudeness and told him it was not acceptable as it was due to me not understanding his reply to my question ( language barrier) he comes across very arrogant. Also on booking we were not informed that below are apartment major renovation we’re being done and the noise was horrendous. We were located to another apartment on the other side of the complex very quickly so that was good. I will return as I took like the location and that they have a hob for cooking.

-Location -excellent breakfast, with views of the beach and ocean -great value in the restaurant, great entertainment -spacious room, good pillows and bed -very clean room

The hotel is located next to the beach. The room is good, there is a kitchen and all the necessary utensils. There is a refrigerator too. We had a room for 4 people. Spacious, clean, beautiful. The restaurant has entertainment every evening, and a good and cheap menu. We also ordered a free transfer. Everything was of high quality and on time. I recommend .
